What Is Meant By Acne Foruncular Natural Treatment?

26 May, 2008 (01:37) | Health and Fitness | By: admin

The phrase acne foruncular natural treatment is gaining in popularity nowadays. But what is it and how is it different from other acne treatments? Let’s find out.

When we search for the term foruncular or furuncular we find that it is associated with acne and is probably a treatment for acne. If we dig deeper we discover that the correct word is actually furuncular which is derived from the word furuncle. Furuncle is the name given to a painful nodule in the skin caused by bacteria known as staphylococcus.

We find that furuncles are very common, they are also known as infections of the hair follicle. They are more like pus-filled pimples that normally appear on face, neck and armpits.

So, what is meant by acne foruncular natural treatment? It is essentially a natural remedy as provided by honey, neem oil, lemon extracts, rose water, aloe vera and many other natural substances for the cure of acne and pimples. In my opinion natural remedies are always the best and most effective because they don’t have any side effects associated with them.

I always recommend gram flour and honey mask as a good acne foruncular natural treatment. Just take 1 tablespoon of gram flour and mix it with 1 tablespoon of honey and a little turmeric powder. Apply this paste on face and other affected areas. Leave it on for 15 or so minutes and then wash it with water.

There are countless other natural treatments for acne available out there. They are all helpful. Black mud soap is also one of these treatments and has proven to be effective for many people. Thermal treatment for acne has minimal side effects and can be used to cure pimples fast.

Install An Interior Or Exterior Door

23 May, 2008 (01:38) | Home Improvement | By: admin

Those looking to change a room should consider putting up a new door. Not only will it help with any insulation problems, it will change the décor.

First, choose the type of door that will be put up. There are three basic groups to choose from. There are entry doors, interior doors and combination storm/screen doors. By following five steps entry doors can be replaced with ease. Once you have this skill under your belt you will be able to put up interior doors with no problem.

When putting up any door the general premise is the same. The only real difference is whether or not it is an exterior or interior door. You begin by taking off the old door. Tuck a wedge under the outside corner and release the hinges. Once the door is off there are two options available. The first one is to hang the door from loose-pin hinges. Part of the hinge is hooked into the door and the other half is hooked into the doorframe. If you are working in an old house, the hinge might not be so cooperative due to years of paint build up. When this happens you should unscrew the hinges and take off the doorframe to get the door off.

Next you will take the hinge leaves off of the door. You can hang new ones or use the old ones. Buff the old ones with a sander and use a clear protective coating to cover it. New hinges should be the exact same size as the previous ones.

Shape the hinges they way that you would like and put the new hinge leave on the frame of the door. The screws must be long enough to go trough the stud-wall framing and the frame of the door.

After that you will need to trim the door. Take notes from the previous door if needed. If the new door is in line with the old one than trimming may not be necessary. However, if the old door is not a good example, measure the door opening and leave a 1/8 bottom clearance and 1/16 at the side and top. If there is carpet to take into account you need to have a bottom clearance that is 3/4 more than that. A fine tooth saw will be needed for the trimming.

Get the door ready for the hinges. New mortises need to be made. There will be routed or craved out depressions in which the hinges blades will be placed. This will keep the surface level. The old door can be a pattern to follow for this or you can use the new door. Put in the doorway and wedge it 1/8 away from the bottom. Put the hinge locations on the door.

How Does Primary and Secondary Medical Coverage Work in a Travel Insurance Plan?

20 May, 2008 (01:36) | Finance | By: admin

Contrary to popular belief Secondary Medical Coverage in a travel insurance plan has a big advantage over a Primary Medical Coverage in a travel insurance plan. Here’s how they work:

What Do Primary or Secondary Medical Coverage Mean and How Do They Differ?

Primary Medical Coverage means your medical bills are paid from the first dollar. No "coordination of benefit" claim forms need to be filed.

This works best if the medical claim’s less than the coverage amount. That’s because even though you had insurance pay for part of the claim, when the Primary benefits are exhausted, your other insurance won’t consider any deductibles or co-pays to be satisfied.

For example, here’s what happens if you have a $70,000 medical claim with a travel insurance plan that has $50,000 Primary coverage:

1) You submit the $70,000 medical claim to the travel insurance. It pays $50,000 (its maximum)

2) You submit the remaining $20,000 to your medical insurance plan. Let’s say it has a $5,000 deductible with a 20% copay.

3) Of the remaining $20,000 your medical insurance plan will pay $12,000 and you will be liable for $8,000.

Secondary Medical Coverage means your medical bills are paid after any other coverage you have pays their share. This means that Secondary coverage will pay any deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses or co-pays up to its coverage limit.

Get Rid Of Half Your Sales Force - Now!

12 May, 2008 (01:33) | Business | By: admin

Why? Because the average sales professional these days is a high paid service person. Yep, I said a high paid service person.

I know this from spending a lot of time with sales professionals in the field.

Here is what companies want to have happen. They want their customer base to grow so they can spread their future over as many customers as possible. That makes a lot of sense and I know that most of us want the same thing. The more customers we have the better and safer we are.

The catch here is that sales professionals and most companies don’t actually do that. The average sales professional spends the vast majority of their week in providing some form of customer service. They are following up on orders, making visits, talking with end users, taking folks to lunch. All nice and important activities, but this is not growing the customer base.

If you are in management, look at what your field sales team is doing. If I am wrong about your folks, great! Your company is growing and will be a lot more secure than your competitors. However, I know that most sales people are out there doing customer service far too often.

There are two reasons this happens. The first is the reward system. If sales people are rewarded for new customers, you would get more new customers. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that sales people go where they are rewarded and the discomfort is the least.

Which brings us to reason number two, no Prospecting skills. When sales people have no Prospecting skill, they feel very uncomfortable making Prospecting calls. We all know that when sales people feel uncomfortable about anything, they will NOT do it. This, of course, means that they are not bringing in new customers, since Prospecting is the necessary first step in getting new customers.

So let’s go back to our premise. The average sales person is not making Prospecting calls - they are providing customer service. As a result, the customer base of most companies is staying pretty much the same as it has been. Except for the usual losses.
